What past clients have said

Wendy was recommended to us by a friend after he saw us struggling to control our 10month old 3/4 standard poodle. The best advice we could have had. We had forgotten how to train a pup after 10 years of well behaved mature dogs but within one hour Wendy had taught our pup how to wait in a crate until he was released and we have gone from strength to strength since then. Wendy gives clear instructions and makes it great fun for our dog who has poodle traits of “done that now, so lets move on”. Even more important is her patience with owners who are pretty hopeless at remembering what they should be doing and then doing it correctly.

We cannot recommend Wendy enough. We now have a beautiful and mostly well mannered dog. Still work to be done and we have already asked for single lessons to help us work on certain issues but we are getting there, something we would never have got to without Wendy.

We cannot recommend Wendy and her training enough.

Calmness with Double lead game Tigger

Hi Wendy

This is Glenda, owner of Sasha (Siberian Husky), I’m sure you will remember my over- zealous dog with “deaf” ears.

I wanted to give you an update.

More recently I have been letting Sasha off the leash if there are no other dogs around and have been pleasantly surprised that when I call her she immediately makes eye contact with me and runs back.

Whilst she will not drop her toys on command, there have been 2 instances whilst out that she has picked up rotting fish bones and when I have called “drop” she dropped them immediately.

Today I took her to the Pakowhai dog park. 2 dogs came to her whilst she was on the leash so after proper introductions I let her off and the 3 dogs ran around on the grass, through the stream, she had a blast. I called her and she came back immediately and I clipped her back on.

I was so immensely proud of her today. I just wanted you to know how we were getting on and how grateful I am for your classes.

kind regards

Glenda and Sasha

A Calm Lulu out visiting. I didn’t tell her to get on it, she just did! Thanks, Wendy, training is working. Dana (Lulu – Spoodle)

Just wanted to THANK YOU for such a great experience with Lucy in your pre-puppy class! She loves all the games, and really has had some calm ‘winning’ moments as a result! Great start to her training! Diana (Lucy – Labrador)

That magic moment when they finally grasp having turns with the boundary release, middle and back to the boundary….a big deal for us. Sarah ( Molly and Max Papillions)

Hi Wendy. For a dog who had no natural catch instinct when food is thrown to her….update. Gabby caught 10 treats in a row yesterday. Woo hoo! I Wasn’t convinced she would ‘get it’. And she did catch her first-ever treat during your Saturday training. Have a great weekend Jacqui & Gabby (Gabby miniature Schnauzer)

A dry crate! Woohoo!!!! Jackie (Poppy Labrador)

He was awesome tonight omg he was off the lead we were on the park the only ones there playing our games….I didn’t even know there was a dog that appeared a couple of meters away until I saw Fern…..Fern’s eyes were on this other dog…I recalled him he came straight away….there was no owner in sight with the dog…..gee he has just come so far because of your program….things could have gone so wrong if we hadn’t come into GameChangers Sandra (Fern – German ShepherdxLabrador)

What an awesome experience. Cannot wait for the next session. Up bright and early for our lesson this morning. Thank you. Sean (Willow German Shepherd)
